1. Order Processing & Freshness

At Blobby Brew Coffee Company, we roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Processing Time: Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

  • Roast-to-Order: Because we often roast or grind specifically for your order, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped along with the tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Florida Compliance: As a Florida Cottage Food operation, we sell and ship our products within the state of Florida in accordance with Florida Statutes. Shipping outside the state of Florida is not permitted. 

  • Risk of Loss in Transit: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather-related issues.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products (Specialty Coffee, Sugar Blobbies, and Blobby Bubbles), we do not accept returns.

  • Food Safety: For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept food items back into our inventory once they have left our facility.

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered the roasting or fulfillment phase.

4. Resolution of Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us! If there is any issue with your order or if you received an incorrect item:

  • Please contact us at info@blobbybrewcoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right. We are committed to resolving errors promptly through replacements or store credit at our discretion.

5. Product Information & Cottage Food Disclaimer

  • Handcrafted Nature: Our Sugar Blobbies and Blobby Bubbles are handmade in small batches; slight variations in color or shape are a hallmark of the artisanal process.

  • Disclaimer: All products are produced in a Cottage Food Operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blobby Brew Coffee Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
